The HoneyFil refund policy
Sixty days, running from the day you pay. Written out clause by clause.
Sixty days. That is the headline, and the rest of this page is the detail behind it — when the count starts, what it covers, and what actually has to happen for money to come back.
The clock starts at purchase
Not at delivery. The window opens the day the order is placed and shuts sixty days later, which means whatever the parcel spends in transit is counted against it. Lose a week to shipping and there are fifty-three days left to decide. Worth knowing before the first bottle even arrives.
Size makes no difference
Two bottles, three bottles and six bottles are covered identically. The promise does not stretch for a larger order or shrink for a smaller one.
An opened bottle still counts
This is a satisfaction promise, not a returns policy for unopened stock. A bottle you actually took and did not get on with is precisely the case it is written for. The seller sets those terms and confirms them on the checkout page at the moment of purchase.
What to do
Write to the seller's US-based support team inside the sixty days, using the contact details on your order confirmation email. They open the case, confirm what has to be sent back and tell you where. We cannot do this step for you: this publisher holds no order records, no payment details and no authority over the seller's system.
Who pays the return postage
You do. Keep the tracking number — a parcel that cannot be shown to have arrived is a refund that is difficult to process.
Timing on the money
The refund goes back to the card that paid, once the return has been received and checked. After that the card issuer takes its own few business days before anything appears on a statement. That final delay belongs to the bank, not to the seller.
Outside the promise
Two situations. Requests made after day sixty, and anything bought somewhere other than the official store — HoneyFil is not authorised on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace, and those purchases fall outside the seller's policy altogether.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph it and email the seller's support the same day. Transit damage runs on a separate track from the satisfaction promise and is normally settled faster.
Unclear wording on this page: write to support@honeyafil.com and we will explain it. An order already placed: only the seller can act.
